Parkside Expands Office Space with Another Floor

Parkside Financial Bank & Trust (“Parkside”), a leading financial institution headquartered in Clayton, Missouri, is excited to announce the expansion of its office space with the addition of a new floor at Parkside Plaza. This expansion highlights the remarkable growth and success that Parkside has achieved over the past several years.

In 2019, Parkside acquired Maryland Place, renamed Parkside Plaza, at 8112 Maryland Avenue. Currently, the 80,000-square-foot building is fully leased, and Parkside occupies 17,000 square feet of premium commercial real estate in downtown Clayton. Parkside’s expansion will enable it to occupy an additional 16,000, for a total of 33,000 square feet.

Parkside’s expansion at Parkside Plaza represents a significant milestone in its journey towards continued growth and prosperity. The additional floor will provide an enhanced workspace for the bank's dedicated employees, allowing them to continue to deliver to their clients the uncommon experience they’ve grown to expect from Parkside.

Currently, there are several of Parkside's clients involved in the project, including: ARCO Construction, Gray Design Group, Guarantee Electrical Company, and Murphy.
