+ Why am I asked for a code when logging in? Two-step verification enhances security by ensuring that only you can access your account. This code is sent to your registered phone number.

+ Do I need to get a verification code every time I log in using my browser? No, you can choose not to receive verification codes each time you log in by checking the relevant box in your browser settings.

+ How much account history do I have access to? Upon creating your online banking account, you'll have access to 13 months of account activity.

+ Where can I find my account number? Your account and routing numbers are listed in the Account details section within your Parkside Financial account.

+ Where can I find copies of my check images? Check images can be found by selecting the desired check within your account transactions.

+ How do I change the order of my accounts? You can organize and hide accounts by accessing the Accounts section and following the prompts.

+ How do I export my account transactions? Account transactions can be exported by selecting the download option within the Transactions section.

+ From which accounts can I transfer funds? You can transfer funds between checking, savings, money market accounts, and lines of credit, subject to certain limitations.

+ How late in the evening can I make transfers? Transfers can be made 24/7, and those made before 9:00 p.m. are credited the same business day.

+ How do I transfer money to my accounts at another bank? You can transfer funds to accounts at other financial institutions through External Transfers or our bill pay service.

+ What should I do if I lose my debit card? You can lock your card through Card management and request a new one by contacting us.

+ Do I need to notify you when using my card out of state? It's advisable to notify us before traveling to prevent your transactions from being flagged as potential fraud.

+ How do I pay a bill or a person? Payments can be made to businesses or individuals through the Payments section, where you can schedule payments or set up recurring payments.

+ Are there any fees associated with Bill Pay? Consumer Bill Pay is free, but certain special services may include fees.

+ When will payments be deducted from my account? Payments are deducted based on the payment date specified by you, either electronically or when the check is received by the bank.

+ How do I sign up for electronic statements? You can enroll for electronic statements by accessing the Statements & Notices section and following the enrollment process.

+ How do I access my electronic statements? Electronic statements can be accessed through your online banking platform under eDocs > Statements & Notices.

+ What devices are compatible with Mobile Deposit? Mobile Deposit is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices with the Parkside Financial app installed.

+ When will my funds be available after making a Mobile Deposit? Funds from Mobile Deposits made before 5 PM CST on a business day are generally available the next business day.

+ What types of checks can be deposited using Mobile Deposit? Personal and payroll checks, money orders, U.S. Treasury checks, and travelers’ checks drawn on U.S. banks are eligible for Mobile Deposit.

+ How many checks can be deposited at a time using Mobile Deposit? Only one check per deposit is allowed, but multiple deposits can be made in a single mobile session.

+ How will I know if my Mobile Deposit was accepted? You'll receive an email confirmation once your Mobile Deposit has been approved.
