The safety and security of our clients and employees is our utmost priority.  Therefore, to help protect you and our team from the spread of COVID-19, we are offering limited access to our facility effective March 19th and until further notice.

Rest assured, we are open for business and are well-prepared to continue serving you.

Please review the instructions below on how to conduct business during this time:

  • When visiting our office, please follow the guidance of all signage and remain in the foyer area just past our lobby doors. Our staff will assist you with completing in-person transactions while maintaining the CDC guidelines for social distancing.
  • Our second floor office space is closed to the public.
  • Whenever possible, utilize Parkside's online banking and remote deposit capabilities to conveniently complete transactions.  Login to our portals via pfbt.com.
  • Feel free to utilize our Night Deposit Box accessible below the ATM outside our Clayton office located at 8112 Maryland Avenue.  Ensure all items are clearly labeled.  Please monitor via online banking for confirmation of deposits.
  • Download our mobile banking app via the Google Play or Apple App store.
  • Our entire staff is accessible via email and via mobile or office phone numbers.  Contact information for our team is available here.
  • We will no longer conduct bank, trust and family office meetings in-person. However, we will continue to hold these meetings via telephone or virtual meeting as needed.  Please contact your team members directly should you wish to schedule a meeting.

Habits of good health, hygiene and disease spread prevention remain the most effective ways for individuals to limit the likelihood of COVID-19 contagion. We encourage our clients and employees to practice the Safety Advice and Tips shown below, and those communicated by the CDC, to help prevent further spread.

Our Promise to You

It is our responsibility to one another and to the broader St. Louis community to minimize the transmission of this highly contagious pathogen, and we are committed to taking the necessary precautions to help keep our Parkside family safe. We appreciate your commitment to that effort, as well.

Our Parkside team will continue to diligently monitor the market, the guidelines of our local and national government, and the impact on our community in support of your safety.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
