Parkside most recently welcomed these exceptional employees in Q4 2025:
Cheri Joas
Commercial Loan Coordinator

Cheri joins us from CoBank, where she most recently served as a Finance Loan Syndications Closer. She brings over a decade of experience in loan closings and coordination and a strong track record of supporting clients through complex transactions. Cheri earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado and holds a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University.

She loves the challenge of getting loans closed, especially the difficult ones, and finds it rewarding to know her work helps businesses grow. Her top priority is providing exceptional service and ensuring every customer feels valued.

Renee Struckel
Sr. Commercial Loan Coordinator

Renee joins us from Enterprise Bank & Trust, where she most recently served as a Loan Coordinator Team Lead. She brings extensive experience supporting complex loan closings, including due diligence review, documentation preparation, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Renee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Webster University. 

In her career, Renee has assisted in extending loans to farmers across the U.S. through an agricultural financial institution, supported private equity deals with both a private equity firm and a bank, and brings prior corporate paralegal experience that has strengthened her understanding of diverse regulatory requirements and systems. With a solid skillset developed through years of work on sophisticated, fast-moving deals, Renee is known for being detail-oriented, driven, and highly dependable. She believes that people are the heartbeat of an organization and loves the challenging work she performs each day.

Miriam Dapron
Sr. Trust & Family Office Operations Specialist

 

Miriam brings nearly 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, working in both administrative and operational roles. Her background includes supporting more than 400 accounts with a wide variety of needs, including discretionary, decedent, grantor, and agency accounts. She also brings extensive operations experience in wealth management, where she processed transfers, client distributions, and annual and quarterly payouts, ensuring accuracy and completion from start to finish. Most recently, she served as an Account Operations Specialist at Enterprise Bank & Trust. Miriam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Missouri Baptist University. 

Miriam believes clients trust us to deliver excellent service and that work should be done efficiently and with care. With a strong work ethic, a willingness to jump in wherever needed, and an openness to continuously learn, she looks forward to being a valuable partner to both our team and our clients.
