Cassandra Omernik
Client Services Manager
Cassandra joins Parkside as our new Client Services Manager, where she will guide and support the Client Service Representative team. She brings more than 10 years of management experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as Branch Manager at Vantage Credit Union. Known for her transparent communication, mentorship, and passion for working with people, Cassandra will play an important role in upholding Parkside’s truly uncommon, client-first values. |

Tina Dammrich
Wire Transfer Specialist
Tina brings more than two decades of progressive banking and financial services experience. Most recently, she served as a Risk Specialist at Lutheran Church Extension Fund, where she supported a wide range of electronic banking services, including wire transfers, ACH, debit cards, and online banking, while also performing risk analysis and OFAC monitoring. Tina’s expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to operational excellence will strengthen the Bank Operations team and their ability to deliver a high standard of service to Parkside clients. |

Kaitlyn Buss Kaitlyn is a May 2026 graduate of Saint Louis University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Marketing with a concentration in Financial Planning. She participated in Parkside’s Summer Intern Program in 2025, where she demonstrated a strong work ethic, drive to learn, and desire to help clients. In her role, Kaitlyn will support our advisors and their clients, delivering full-scope client service in the areas of tax and estate planning, cash flow management, charitable giving, and investment. |

Greg Baerns Greg joins the Commercial Banking Team in our Denver office as our newest Commercial Loan Coordinator. He brings more than 20 years of banking experience, most recently with UMB Bank/Citywide Banks in Denver. Greg’s background in corporate finance, loan syndications, loan operations, loan closing, and processing will be an invaluable asset as he supports Parkside’s lending teams across all locations |

Endia Liggins Endia joins the Commercial Banking team as our newest Loan Documentation Specialist. She brings a strong background in banking and lending, with experience in commercial loan operations and coordination, loan funding, and mortgages from her time at Busey Bank, Rabo AgriFinance, and Bank of America. Known for her dependability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Endia will be a valuable addition to the Loan Operations team. |

Teri Griot Teri joins Parkside’s Finance team from Associated Electric Cooperative Inc., where she worked for the past 14 years in internal audit, most recently serving as Senior Auditor. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Missouri State University. In her new role, Teri will bring valuable experience to Parkside’s core finance operations, supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for leadership and stakeholders. Her technical expertise, attention to detail, and knowledge make her an excellent addition to the Finance team. |

Mark Rolwes Mark joins our Commercial Banking team as our newest Deposit Operations Specialist, bringing more than 15 years of experience from Edward Jones, where he held a variety of roles—most recently as a Quality Engineering Analyst. With a strong ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and improve processes, Mark will be a valuable addition to the team as he collaborates with Customer Service, Treasury Management, and Relationship Managers. |

Matt Bray Matt will be based in our Denver office and will play a key role in strengthening our IT governance and vendor management programs. His extensive experience and expertise will help enhance our readiness for IT audits and examinations, support the development and tracking of key performance indicators for IT, and help ensure IT continues to meet and exceed our high standards. In addition, Matt will be instrumental in assisting with vendor management efforts, helping us strengthen oversight and build strong partnerships with all our system owners. |
