	Tracy Grass Senior Vice President, Bank Operations Manager Tracy is an experienced banking professional with more than three decades in financial services, bringing deep expertise in deposit operations, payments, fraud, and risk management. She joins us most recently from Arvest Bank, following a distinguished career with Dickinson Financial, Commerce Bank, FirstMid Bank & Trust, and Citibank, where she held a variety of leadership roles across operations and payments. With a strong digital‑first, customer‑centered approach, she focuses on operational excellence, scalability, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and the client experience. We look forward to the impact she will make as we continue to evolve and grow.
	Mark Vaporean Trust & Family Office Analyst Mark brings experience in private markets and fund structures, paired with a background in data quality analysis and working with large, complex datasets. Known for his strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, he approaches challenges with a disciplined, analytical mindset. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary's University and served as a Private Markets Analyst and Middle Office Analyst at Solovis prior to joining Parkside.
	Emily Hahn Vice President, Trust Advisor Emily has spent her career advising individuals and families through the creating, implementation, and administration of thoughtful estate plans. Prior to joining Parkside, she practiced estate planning law and supported trust and estate administration, working directly with clients to navigate complex legal decisions during pivotal life transitions. Known for her approachable style, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance, Emily builds trust through strong relationships and thoughtful communication. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is committed to delivering a truly uncommon, client-first experience.
