Mayda Bell
Trust & Family Office Operations Specialist

Mayda Bell joins our Trust & Family Office team with valuable experience in the insurance and finance industry. Most recently, she was employed with a State Farm insurance agency, where she developed vital skills including creative problem solving and communication, in addition to addressing diverse client inquiries. She holds a Master of Arts in Education and Bachelor of Arts in Fiber Art from Truman State University. With an acute focus on organizational efficiency and attention to detail, Mayda looks forward to bringing a fresh perspective to the Trust & Family Office Operations team, delivering operational and administrative support.

ThanhThanh Nguyen
Customer Service Representative

ThanhThanh joins us from PNC Bank, where she worked as a Relationship Banker and Branch Banker. Her passion for customer service and relationship building led her to join Parkside’s banking Customer Service team. ThanhThanh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Dedicated to problem solving and gracious customer interaction, ThanhThanh will be an outstanding addition to the team.

Chantelle Paul
Trust & Family Office Coordinator

Chantelle Paul joins our Trust & Family Office Coordinator team with nearly 20 years in the mortgage & finance industry. She most recently comes to us from US Wide Financial, where she served as a Post-Closing Operations Manager. Prior to that, Chantelle worked in various operations management and client service roles with Citibank for more than 12 years. Chantelle's easy-going personality, along with her wealth of experience, make her a great fit for our Parkside team!
Ben Reznik
Trust & Family Office Advisor
 
Ben Reznik joins our Denver Trust & Family Office team as a Trust & Family Office Advisor dedicated to helping affluent individuals, families, and entrepreneurs achieve financial independence and stability. Ben is joining us after working at Charles Schwab as a Senior Wealth Advisor for the past decade. He graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and completed a certificate in Financial Planning at Boston University. He is a Certified Wealth Strategist™, Certified Financial Planner™, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠.
 
Rene Brooks
Commercial Credit Analyst
 
Rene Brooks is a new 2024 graduate of Washington University with her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Organization & Strategic Management. Rene was a John B. Ervin Scholar, a James E. McLeod Scholar and a Washington University Student Associate during her time at the University. Rene was a Parkside Intern in 2022 and most recently completed a finance internship with Centene Corporation last summer.
Jesse Wise
Vice President/CRA Officer
 
Jesse Wise began her banking career nearly 20 years ago as an Assistant Examiner of Consumer Affairs at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and subsequently transferred to the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis where she worked as an Examiner of Consumer Affairs. Jesse then joined The Business Bank of St. Louis in 2010 and served as a VP/Compliance and CRA Officer, and most recently served as a VP/Corporate CRA Officer at First Bank. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with minors in both Finance and Management as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rockhurst University.
