Griffin earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia and brings experience in financial analysis, data organization, and comprehensive client service. Beyond his technical skills, Griffin’s background in financial operations and workflow support has given him the ability to manage detailed tasks with accuracy, while working effectively with both data and people. He values listening closely to clients and colleagues, ensuring that the support he provides aligns with their goals and priorities. We are thrilled to welcome Griffin to Parkside! 

Mark joins Parkside with more than 25 years of financial services experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, deepening client relationships, and leading markets through meaningful growth and transformation. He most recently served as Market President for First Interstate Bank, overseeing a $1.3 billion commercial and retail organization (including loans and deposits) across Denver and Colorado Springs. A strategic, relationship-driven banking executive, Mark embodies Parkside’s core values in the way he leads teams, engages the community, and supports clients throughout the Denver region.
