Caroline Reynolds serves as a Commercial Lending Officer at Parkside Financial Bank & Trust, where she partners with clients to provide strategic financial solutions that support business growth and long-term success. Beginning her career at Parkside as a Commercial Credit Analyst, Caroline developed a deep understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and the diverse lending needs of middle-market businesses. This foundational experience continues to inform her ability to structure tailored financing for real estate, equipment, working capital, and other growth-related initiatives.

Caroline earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Texas Christian University (TCU). Her academic background, combined with hands-on credit training, equips her to offer clients insightful, results-driven lending strategies.

Beyond her role at Parkside, Caroline actively participates in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program, using its industry resources, mentorship, and educational opportunities to further her professional growth and elevate the service she provides to her clients.
