As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your financial interests, we want to create awareness of a current situation where scammers are attempting to impersonate Parkside employees by spoofing our telephone number and reaching out through phone calls or text messages. These individuals may try to obtain sensitive information to access your account details. 

Please remember:

  • If a call or text seems suspicious, hang up and call us at 314.290.8600.
  • Be aware that calls from scammers may appear to be coming from Parkside on your caller ID even though they are not.  
  • Never share confidential information during unsolicited phone calls or click links provided in unsolicited texts and emails.
