Parkside's Sabbatical Program

Our approach to business is unique. We’re always learning and creating new and better ways to improve the lives of our team members. Therefore, we offer our team members a sabbatical program that features a 4 week paid leave of absence for every five years of full-time employment. To further encourage adventure and travel, we provide an additional financial incentive on top of standard compensation.

 

This benefit allows our team the opportunity to travel, spend time with family and refresh the mind and spirit.  Since our programs inception, Parkside employees have visited 20 countries on 5 continents!
